CareLink provides CareLink-branded digital software products, SaaS access, and web-based service portals for consumer-facing software experiences.

Some CareLink features may still be in development. Pages, prices, feature availability, and service descriptions may change before or after launch.

You may use the services only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse, attack, copy, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website, software, systems, or service access.

CareLink sells software access, digital products, and service portal experiences. CareLink does not provide physical goods, medical services, emergency response, financial services, insurance, legal services, offline human services, or consulting services.

Future payments may be processed by a third-party Merchant of Record or payment provider. This codebase is still in a template phase, and whether real payment functionality is enabled depends on a later production configuration. These terms do not imply that a live checkout is currently connected.

CareLink software does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency response advice. You should not rely on CareLink software as a substitute for qualified professional guidance or emergency services.

The website, UI, template structure, brand content, text, visual design, and related materials are owned by CareLink or their respective rights holders and may not be copied or reused without permission.

These terms may be updated as CareLink products, pricing, and software access plans evolve. The latest published version will apply to future use of the services.
